Loretta Lynn’s landmark 2005 album Van Lear Rose, produced by Jack White, is the focal point of Third Man Record’s Vault Package #24. The Package features a deluxe LP reissue of Van Lear Rose, as well as a 7″ of the White Stripes covering Lynn’s “Rated X” and “Whispering Sea” in 2000 and 2005 respectively. The package’s bonus item is an exclusive DVD filmed in 2015 of both Lynn and White revisiting Van Lear Rose in conversation and song.
The package also includes a frame-worthy, foil-stamped postcard, stunning unused photos from Loretta’s original album art session, and an enamel rose pin in the deep apricot color of the florbunda rose named “Loretta Lynn Van Lear” in 2011.
